I am directed by Lord Herbert to forward herewith a Statement of the value of Stores supplied by the War Department for some of the Colonial Government, amounting to £1192.2.2, and to request that you will move the Secretary of State to take such steps as he may deem necessary, to obtain a settlement of this Account from the Colonial Government.
